Make sure you have your own steam seat before ordering. You set 1 pack of these herbs to boil with 4 cups clean water, then you pour into your seat. Make sure the water isn't to hot by waving your hand over it then sit over it. Put a blanket over you to keep warm & hold steam. You sit over it for 10-12 mins, then disposal.
